At Southland we have a variety of services throughout the week. On Sunday we have Adult Bible Class as well as a Sunday School for all ages beginning at 10am. There is a morning tea break to fuel up and fellowship before our main Service at 11:20am.
All of our services begin with prayer followed by a time of singing and worship, but the focus of everything is the preaching and teaching of the Word of God. A clear and helpful Bible message is central to everything we do!
One of the ways that we worship God is through our giving. This is a time for those who call Southland their home to participate in this act of worship. As a guest, we want your time with us to be helpful and refreshing, a place where you can hear the truth and grow in Christ. Please do not feel any obligation to participate in the offering.

For every service, there is a Nursery available for babies and toddlers. The purpose of the SBC nursery is to provide a safe, nurturing place for young children and to promote a distraction-free worship service environment.
The kids ministry at SBC is here to teach children how to know, love and follow Jesus Christ in their lives. On Sunday mornings at 10am, we offer Sunday School classes for each age, and during the morning worship service the kids are involved in an exciting Junior Church that teaches them important foundational Bible stories. On Wednesday evenings is our Faithful Bible Investigators Club (FBI), where the kids get to sing, play games, memorise Scripture and listen to a practical message from the Bible.
Please feel free to speak to any of our friendly ushers to guide you if you're unsure of where to go!

There is no dress code at Southland Baptist Church for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable.

We also have mid-week Prayer and Bible Study service on Wednesday night starting at 7pm. This is an important time for our church family to come together, pray and study the Word of God.
